Day to day operations:
Assists in designing, scheduling and carrying out packaging artwork.
Managing printing project from the print processing, press check, quality check and ensure smooth transition to client team after golden sample is signed.
Liaison with vendor to follows up entire production schedules and quality of printing production
Provide necessary coordination regarding planning, sampling and managing print project
Coordinated deadlines among the various departments that sprinted from creative to shipping to meet deadline
Responsibility for coordinating the printing project among factory, Creative Team, internal and external client
Reviewing packaging layouts and suggesting improvements if required
Make color corrections and manipulations to existing graphics files
Develop design concepts and methodologies to produce high quality graphics for Creative team, client project or PCH internal documentations
Create multimedia client presentation such as 2D and 3D rendering, mood board, photo-shoot or demonstration video
Stay abreast with latest developments in graphic industry.


Knowledge & Experience
- Undergraduate BA/BS, preferably in graphic design
- Photography and videography skills a plus
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage many projects at once
- Self-motivated, dependable, and professional
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
- Must have strong time-management skills and be able juggle multiple projects.
- Knowledge of print production process
- Strongly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite software
