职位概述

培训课程的引进、开发、更新及实施，确保公司日常培训工作的顺利进行。

To design, develop, review and implement of training course to ensure the training work and related programs could be conducted smoothly.

关键职责

1. 公司培训体系的优化及完善，包括年度培训需求分析，培训计划制定，培训课程实施，培训效果评估，培训记录的整理归档；内训师体系搭建等；

To optimize and develop the training system, include training needs analysis, draft training plan, implement the training course, training effect evaluation, training record archive and build the internal trainer team.

2. 与集团培训部保持顺畅沟通及合作，配合将集团的培训项目在公司内部推广与实施；

Aline with Corporate training department’s requirement to promote and implement the training instruction and projects in the local site.

3. 公司内部英语培训项目的策划及实施；

In charge of Local site English Training Program’s planning and implementation.

4. 与外部培训机构良好的沟通及合作，评估外部供应商培训质量，提出相应的培训外包建议；

Establish good communication with external training agency.

5. 公司人才发展项目的跟进；协助制定员工的职业发展规划，跟踪关键员工的职业发展规划落实情况。

Follow up the talent development project, assist to design employees’ career development path. And keep trace for key talent employees’ growth and development.

任职资格

1. 本科以上学历，人力资源或英语专业优先考虑；

Bachelor and above, majoring in HR or English is preferred.

2. 3年以上培训相关工作经验，擅长培训课程开发与组织；

Above 3 years training related working experience and good command of Training Course Design and Organization.

3. 英语六级及以上，口语流利，有外企工作背景者优先考虑。

CET6 or above, fluent in oral English and multinational company working experience would be a preference.

知识、技能及能力

1. 积极主动，富有团队合作精神；

2. 良好的沟通能力及授课技巧；

Good communication skills and training skills

3. 擅长运用PPT进行培训课件的开发与组织。

Be good at PPT Application to design and develop the training package.
