职位描述
MAIN DUTIES (HELP)
(General summery of major areas of activities and responsibilities. This is not all list of exclusive duties but a sampling of day-to-day actions.)
1. Achieve the sales goal and various KPIs to ensure the SP brand implementation.
2. Formulate and implement the annual business plan and development plan for key accounts.
3. Enlarge the customer base, identify and develop potential segments and territories by market and potential customers visit, trade magazines or fairs and so on.
4. Implement CRM/CPM (focus on KA) to increase sales/business development.
5. Manage and implement approved sales strategies, eg rebate schemes for individual account and the partner shop programs.
6. Develop, offer and implement on-going business solutions and consultations to customers through value-added technical application advice, trend/product information and product development support.
7. Conduct regular visits and training to potential and existing customers, as well as their distribution networks, as a means to establish/maintain business relations.
8. Work closely with other internal teams, eg.Fulfilment team and F&A team.
9. Provide annual & interim sales forecast data by market segments & individual account.
10. Collect market information and recommendations for the formulation of pricing and sales strategy, eg consumption pattern of customers, pricing information of competitors.
MAJOR CHALLENGES (HELP)

2. From a (product oriented) B2B sales orientation to a (brand and service oriented) B2C orientation
3. From an “executor”-approach to a “creator”-approach
4. From a mfg approach to a key decision maker approach
OTHER REQUIREMENT
1. Familiar with Interior market and possesses Interior designer resource and channel
2. B2B business mode
3. Over 3 years of related account manager experience
4. Good command at written and read English ability
