·工作职责：
·1、负责Windows Phone应用软件的设计开发；
·2、撰写技术实现文档，参与技术方案验证；
·3、根据开发过程中的体验对产品提出改进建议
·岗位要求：
·1、熟悉.NET框架和C#语言，熟悉WPF和Silverlight开发优先；
·2、有WP8、WP8.1开发经验，有商店上架作品优先；
·3、对数据结构、基本算法熟练掌握，具备算法设计能力；
·4、具备快速学习能力及独立分析、设计、解决问题的能力；
·5、有强烈的责任心和团队精神，能独立完成设计和编码；
·6、具备一定的沟通能力，能够清晰地表达自己的想法；
