职位描述：
Job Description:
1、 Complete individual and overall sales objectives according to the monthly distribution
每月根据销售任务，分配每位顾问当月销售任务和目标，完成个人及中心整体销售任务；


2、 As sales team supervisor and trainer ensure fundamental team principles of “fairness, honesty and openness” to develop efficiency and communication
销售团队的管理和培训，保证团队在“公平、公正、公开”的原则下开展各项工作的推进和沟通；


3、 Regularly check that all curriculum consultant are persistently producing comprehensible work conducive to the students’ progress
保证所有课程顾问对其所属学生进行持续跟踪和沟通，定期抽查所有顾问的学员服务情况；


4、Maintain a clear line of communication with correlating departments
与其他相关部门保持畅通的沟通交流；


5、Assist the Marketing Department in developing and implementing plans to inform and expand our market
在总的市场目标下，协助市场部制定和实施市场传播计划。


岗位要求：
Job Requirements
1、 Education background: BA or above
教育背景：本科或本科以上学历背景；


2、 Professional Knowledge: Marketing, English, Administration/Management
专业知识：销售学（心理学）、英语、管理学；


3、 Experience: Strong background in sales with a flair for marketing and team management
经验：丰富的销售经验，较强的市场敏锐度和团队管理经验；


4、 Skills: Seasoned skills in management, a sense for predicting markets and keen analytical skills
能力：成熟的管理能力，敏锐的市场预测能力及洞察分析能力；
