The Job:

The incumbent will assist to manage the talent management and people development function of PCCW Solutions. Scope of accountabilities include the followings:

• Manage training activities such as designing and delivering in-house softskill learning programs, devising annual training plan, managing training budgets and performing vendor selection for program delivery,
• Prepare training materials and reports, conduct training program evaluations and give recommendations to strengthen the general effectiveness of training programs
• Assist with the design and/or sourcing of effective training and assessment tools for talent screening and implementing leadership development programs
• Assist to draft and implement training strategy, policy and procedures.
• Conduct training needs analysis and design the training matrices for operations units and job functions
• Coordinate and align training initiatives amongst operation units in PRC mainly and HK from time to time
• Reinforce continuous learning and service culture in the organization

The Person:

• Degree holder in Training, Human Resources Management or relevant discipline
• 5 + years’ solid experience in developing and implementing talent management programs at sizeable organization, preferably with background in hi-tech or servicing sector
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with flair to interact with all levels of staff effectively
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (both Putonghua and Cantonese preferred).
• Proactive, energetic, dynamic and mature team player with positive attitude
• Accustomed to a fast paced and changing environment
• Passion for developing people and promoting continuous learning
• Proficiency in MS Office especially in Excel Spreadsheet, Powerpoint presentation
