Requirements:
1. English (written, reading, listening and speaking)
2. College’s Degree, Psychology Graduate or Business Administration
3. 5 years and up experience in Compensation and Benefits
4. With extensive knowledge in Compensation procedures/plan, Wages and Salary Industry Data
5. Knowledgeable in all facets of HR
6. Knowledgeable in China Labor Laws and Legal requirements
7. Knowledgeable in Pay Scale
8. Understands competitive market rate

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for researching, establishing, and maintaining a company's pay system.
2. Research and understand the current and upcoming competitive markets for employee pay and benefits. Ensure that pay rates are fair and equitable to retain and recruit employees.
3. Specialize in specific areas such as job classification or market pay studies
4. Conduct salary surveys to see how pay rates compare with those of other companies.
5. Work with established online sites that specialize in compensation to do market comparisons of pay by site, number of employees, and job responsibilities.
6. See that the company's pay scale complies with China laws and regulations.
7. Oversee company's performance evaluation system
8. Handle employee benefits. Employee reward systems such as bonuses, merit raises, and pay-for-performance plans may also fall within her responsibility.
9. Assist Global and Regional Compensation for the implementation and standardization of the projects
10. Working hand in hand with Line HR Managers for the implementation of the projects
