Position: Water Quality Engineer

Bluewater is rapidly growing in most markets they are in, and, to further strengthen the leading position Bluewater will now recruit anexperienced Water Quality Engineer based in Shenzhen, China, and directly report to China Technology Manager.
Job description
? Seasoneddrinking waterpurifier manufacturing industry quality engineering or quality management experiences.
? Responsible for implementation of complete quality control system for materials through sub-assembly and final product.
? Plans and leads activities with the quality planning and quality assurance of manufacturing processes, from materials to finished goods.
? Take lead and participate suppliers’ quality improvement projects.
? Professional with 5 or more years Quality Assurance experience and a commitment to high standards.
? Adept in WQA, NSF, ISO9001, ISO14001, UL, CE, CCC etc. quality certifications.
? Experienced in consumer products, with mechanical background.Proficient in die-casting, plastics injection,molding and assembly manufacturing knowledge.
? Competent with both domestic & international manufacturing.
? Effective team builder with excellent interpersonal, communication and motivational skills.
? High initiative on self-drive on the responsibilities.
? English Communication Capability with Foreign staff.

Personal profile
? Very knowledgeable in drinking water purifier manufacturing industry;
? Components quality control, production quality control and assessment system establish and maintain, laboratory build up etc.
? Good communication and negotiation skills.
Requirements
? University degree or above in engineering field;
? At least 5years’ experiences inquality controlarea;
? Drinking water purifier industry quality engineering experience in a must;
? Good planning, organizing, communication skills in manufacturing environment;
? Plastics injection, metal and mechanical, or Electronic relevant experiences are needed;
? Strong problem solving skills and good adaptability to different tasks assignment;
? Fluent in English and Chinese, cooperate internally & externally;
? Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and ERP systems skills are needed;
