1、负责公司B2C平台建设和运营的规划。
2、对平台数据分析比较有经验，对行业信息是十分熟悉。
3、深入研究平台用户行为习惯、结合用户的需求调研，不断提升用户产品的易用性，提高粘性活跃卖家。
4、能够独立负责会员产品的规划、策划工作，能够组织、指导、管理项目组成员的分工、进度、策划质量，产品规划目标明确、落地实施方案以目标为导向清晰准确、产品策划逻辑缜密、易用性强；跟踪产品上线后的产品运营、客户反馈持续进行产品优化改进。
5、负责与公司横向部门间的联络、协调和驱动（研发、UI设计、运营、市场及商业合作、销售），跟踪推动开发、测试部门工作，保证项目进度和质量，并进行效果评估和分析；将产品平台资源向运营、销售等横向部门高效输出，提高卖家会员资源的利用价值。
任职要求：
1、大学本科及以上学历，不限专业；
2、3年以上有B2C电商平台产品从业经验。
3、熟悉产品实施过程，包括市场分析、需求分析、产品功能设计、业务流程设计、原型设计、产品可用性测试等；
4、熟悉PRD文档编写，熟练使用产品设计类软件，熟悉技术研发流程的优先；
5、须具备较强的创新能力，能够在诸多限制条件下进行创新；
6、有很好的沟通协作能力,善于合作协调沟通，思维敏捷；
7、具有强烈的责任心和上进心，具备良好的团队合作精神，积极主动，能承受较大的工作压力；
