Job Descriptions:
1. Liaise with vendors, customers, and internal parties for information/documents, comments and/or approval.

2. Coordinate sample submission to customers for approval.

3. Record order details in the systems for documentation, coordination, review and analysis

4. Provide administrative support to the team

5. Assist in maintaining strong business relationships with vendors for production

6. Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Job Requirements:
1. College or university graduated. (Preferable in sport and functional garment field or similar qualification)

2. 2 years experiences in Buying/Trading office on sport and functional garment fields field.

3. Good command of Spoken & Written English.

4. Able to use Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc) professionally
