Main responsibilities:

Store staff management:
员工管理:
? Train and coach shop staff to ensure perfect knowledge of the brand universe and history
? 负责培训和训练店铺员工，传达品牌背景及历程
? Coach and motivate shop staff to ensure achievement of sales target
? 指导以及激励员工来确保达到销售目标
Store operations management:
店铺运营管理:
? Ensure all front office operations efficiently and correctly done (inventory, stock transfers, sales operations management etc)
? 确保所有前线部门运营有效及正确的完成 （存货盘点，库存转让，销售运营管理等）
? Ensure efficient management of collection and customer data
? 有效管理客户资料搜集

? Understand market movement and provide market information in daily/weekly reports to Sales manager
? 了解市场动向以及向销售经理在每日/每周的销售报告中汇报市场信息
