工作内容：
针对刚到中国的商务人士及其家属，通过跨文化培训帮助外籍员工了解一定的中国文化以及中西方文化差异，有助于他们与当地中国同事减少不必要的摩擦、建立良好的工作关系。
岗位要求：
1. 28岁以上；
2. 英文表达流利，思路清晰；
3. 熟悉中国及西方文化；
4. 拥有多年与外籍人士相处的经验；
5. 有海外生活和工作经验者优先；
6. 有跨文化培训经验者优先；
7. 性格开朗、热情、沟通能力强；
