Job responsibility:
1.Market research for suitable suppliers and selection of suitable suppliers in the area of electric/hydraulic/pneumatic components and others;
2.Contract negotiation with suppliers, price, payment term, delivery…
3.Writing orders and follow up delivery;
4.Implementation of a monitoring system for delivery times;
5.Deviation of Price comparison, searching for cost potentials;
6.Make proposals for the supervisor to improve the purchasing flow;
7.Work with QA & Product Engineering for initial sample release
8.Educating and improve suppliers’ quality assurance system


Qualifications:
1.Bachelor Degree or above, major related to electric, machinery, industrial automation;
2.2+ years related working experience, experience in machine tools industry is preferred,
3.Professional contract negotiation trained is recommended;
4.Be very organized, self-disciplined, and able to work independently, under pressure with tight deadlines;
5.Must have good communication skills (verbal and written within and outside the company);
6. Familiar with ISO 9001 standards is recommend;
Familiar with office software.
