The Technical Inside Analyst is responsible for the submission and maintenance of the Suppliers’ Registration request from the Advance Engineering Group (AEG).

JOB CONTENT:
1.To submit and maintain all suppliers’ registration requests in accordance to establish Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Service Level Agreement (SLA). These will entails the following actions:
a)Submission of supplier registration request via email or supplier registration portal.
b)Follow-up with supplier on registrations approval and validity extension.
c)Follow-up with AEG on data integrity issue or enquiry from supplier.
d)Maintain data alignment between supplier registration system and CRM (Customer Relationship Management System).
e)Provide timely registration status update to AEG, Sales and PM.

2.To update CRM opportunity to support transfer business into Asia.
3.To inform TIM on impending change to suppliers’ registration requirement. These updates may originate from supplier, AEG or PM.
4.To report on Opportunity Funnel and Registrations status to AEG, Sales and PM periodically and on ad hoc basis.

QUALIFICATIONS：
1.Minimum Requirements: Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent.
2.Work related experience in Administration and/or Customer Service related fields is preferred.
