Job Requirement:
· Experience in indirect/NPR purchasing and/or relevant business area;
· In-depth knowledge and understanding of logistic service, warehousing etc.
· Experience in multi-location responsibility is preferred;
· Working experience in a virtual and complex organization is preferred.


Job Responsibilities:
Demand side:
· Provide operational and strategic sourcing solutions to users on sites in terms of contract implementation, customer support and close Customer Relations Management.
· Ensure customer satisfaction towards internal demand side by acting as a focal point on site for relevant commodities to establish customer requirements and providing regular reports to customers that bring visibility on commodity level on compliance and savings.
· Implement in cooperation with customers on sites global/regional commodity contracts that provide sourcing solutions at the lowest total cost.
· Define and execute sourcing projects on site and negotiate site-specific contracts with local suppliers where applicable.
· Lead/Participate/contribute/support purchasing related projects
Commodity team:
· Lead or contribute to the development of sub regional/country/global commodity management and development by participating in regional/global commodity team projects based on customer requirements, spend and benchmark information of the specific supply market.
· Achieve maximum performance (leverage) by actively using the sourcing network resp. by bringing local requirements into commodity and cluster team
Supply side:
· Optimize supply base on responsible sites and work towards total cost of ownership; develop supplier partnership at local/regional/global level
· Identify, qualify, rank and select appropriate suppliers including adequate involvement of customers and according to RFQ as agreed in the Regional/Global Commodity Team.
· Manage supplier relations (including supplier evaluation and supplier performance rating for the assigned commodities), problem solving (delivery) and improvement actions at regional level.
· Execute purchasing procedures (tendering, bidding generation and reviewing process) performs negotiating and contracting on local level, when not covered with regional/global contract; and is responsible for quality, delivery and costs including monitor of supplier’s performance.
· Create catalogues and safeguard data maintenance with suppliers.
