岗位描述：
1、主导B/S架构信息管理类产品后台的系统分析与设计工作，承担核心功能代码编写，开发与维护系统公用核心模块，根据产品需求、系统需求，设计框架并组织参与代码编写；
2、承担服务端性能优化，主导技术难题攻关，解决各类潜在系统技术风险，保证系统的安全、稳定、快速运行。维护平台日常运行，确保各个程序稳定高效运转； 配合运维、配合产品测试人员提供修改方案和技术支持。
3、负责系统平台与微信Web互动应用融合开发工作，作为微信开放平台模式识别中心的高优先级内测开发者身份，参与微信与平台应用的开发工作
4、负责指导、培训普通开发工程师，审核开发工程师的设计与研发质量

主要职能：
?负责项目的应用层开发工作，并按照项目进度的计划完成开发任务并及时解决项目技术问题；
?参与系统需求分析与设计，并负责完成核心代码，接口规范制定，架构设计；
?参与软件需求与设计审核和代码检查等工作；

任职资格：
?至少3年的面向对象的PHP编程经验，熟悉PHP面向对象的设计方法，有良好的代码编程习惯；
?2年以上LAMP架构下高并发，拥有在线网站实际研发经验，熟悉HTML、Javascript、XML、CSS、Ajax等技术；
?熟悉PHP框架，如CI, ThinkPHP, Zend或Yii等；
?熟悉Linux环境下多种应用，熟练掌握他们的配置、部署及管理方法;
?责任心强，具有良好的沟通、协作能力和团队合作意识；
精通MySQL数据库，熟悉各种sql语句操作，能独立设计合理高效的表结构，有数据库优化经验者优先；
思维敏捷，编程和学习能力强;
具有很强逻辑分析能力和良好的理解沟通能力，有很强的团队意识和责任心；
有NoSQL数据库经验优先，熟悉linux系统。
