职位描述
Job Requirement:
· At least 5 years of airfreight & courier express industry working experience
· For non-degree holder, at least 7 years of airfreight & courier express industry working experience
· Shipping knowledge
· PC knowledge in MS windows and office applications e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint
· Excellent communication with customers and colleagues over the phone and in written
· Good English skill in both writing and reading
Job Responsibilities:
1.Import & Export Work Quality
· Ensure all inbound shipment are properly handled
· Ensure submission of shipment to PVG Gateway met with cutoff time of outbound flight mentioned in outbound flight plan
· Ensure all shipments are exported on time with accurate documentation and those data transmission schedules are maintained
· Ensure all systems changes are communicated to all concerned staff in a timely fashion
· Ensure continuous monitoring of staff’s productivity
· Monitor the staff attendance rate and ensure staff are deployed and organized in right timing to cope with the trend of shipment volume
2.Administrative and clerical support
· Ensure all unsendable shipment are properly handled in a timely manner
· Ensure a well established filing system is in place and in good condition for easy retrieval
· Ensure all returned shipment from overseas TNT are properly handled in a accurately and timely manner
· Ensure all inbound receiver pay shipment are properly handled in a accurately and timely manner
· Ensure all shipment status information are updated in system in a accurately and timely manner
· Assist Managers to monitor the daily operations activities against ops KPIs
3.People Management
· Ensure corrective actions will be taken to fine tune subordinate performance
· Ensure each new recruit is adequately trained to perform in his / her roles at expected levels
· Appraise staff’s performance in terms of skills and performance
· Improve employee satisfaction and engagement through team building activities as well as to measure employee satisfaction through survey
Services, Data Quality and Improvement tasks
· Ensure identified area of improvement will be communicated to Management team and/ or CEMS team
· Review the quality issues to identify and investigate the reasons behind for quality failure
· Monitor CEMS shipment quality including Mail bag level, paperwork level and shipment arrival time and report any irregularities to Management team in a time manner
· Motivate staff to communicate to the management for area that they think fit for improvement
· Evaluate and propose to the Management for any improvement areas and lead to updates on product handling and implement the new working procedures.
4.Customers Satisfaction
· Assist Managers to cascade down the quality and management initiative to all team members of import team and to foster a total quality culture.
· Assist Managers to investigate all service failures caused operations activities
· Ensure all shipments are processed in a timely and accurate manner
Communication
· Conduct daily briefing to the team whenever necessary
· Ensure all announcement regarding operations or CEMS news are communicated to all staffs in a timely manner
· Ensure Managers are informed immediately of any kind of irregularities
5.CSR and Health & Safety
Comply with the company's corporate social responsibility, health, safety and environmental standards and responsibilities as identified within TNT Express management systems and directly support line management in effectivelyimplementing these management systems
