Key Job Description

负责审核员工报销，并归集费用总金额

Staffs expense audit and reimbursement

应收帐款、应付帐款月度与客户、供应商对帐，并每月发送报表给相关人员

AR,AP monthly reconciliation with customers and suppliers, and report to related department

现金、银行存款收付记账、日清月结，核对准确无误，编制调节表

Cash, Bank booking and reconciliation monthly, insure the accuracy of the record

外汇收付款操作

Foreign Currency collection and payment

负责核对和清理、应付职工薪酬、应交税金-应交个调税、其他应收款、其他应付款、预收、预付款等科目

Check Wages payable, Persona tax payable, other receivable and payable, advance collection and payment

负责租赁合同、咨询合同、等费用性合同的管理及收集，并定期将合同汇总缴纳印花税。（半年期汇总一次）

Expenses Contracts collection and manage

每月初交纳月结报表

.Monthly report preparation

年检报表编制与提交

Annual check for the government preparation

每月凭证,帐簿和报表的打印及装订工作

Monthly voucher printing and binding

配合审计相关资料准备 Audit cooperation

完成财务主管等上级领导交办的其他工作

Job Requirement

3~5年财务工作经验，持会计上岗证及助理会计师职称,ERP工作经验。

3-5 years finance working experience, with the accountant certification,ERP experience, SAP preferred

熟练操作MS Office， Excel， ERP ;

Familiar with MS Office， Excel， ERP

独立开展工作的能力，并能在紧急期限内完成工作。

Independent working ability, Work with a rush time

精通国家税务法律规范，财务核算，熟悉国家会计法规

Familiar with Chinese GAAP

良好的口头及书面表达能力 能够看懂英文报表

Good ability to read English finance report
