职位描述
主要岗位职责：
1/ 客户关系处理
· 至少每月一次拜访物流的主要客户，收集他们对我们服务质量的意见和建议；
· 把收集回来的信息反馈给主要客户服务经理以及其它涉及在服务过程中的相关人员；
· 通过使用8D和展开错误纠正讨论会来处理客户的投诉；
2/ 服务主要内容
· 定期拜访主要客户，加深永裕在对方心中的形象，树立我们专业品质形象
· 与客户回顾上月的主要业绩指标（KPIs）
· 向客户提供他们要求的月度或定期报告
· 组织并执行每个季度的客户服务调查，将调查结果总结制表后提交给管理层
· 寻找新的服务内容并且寻求服务客户的更好方法
3/ 其它职责
· 组织客户参观物流中心的活动事宜
· 管理客户的存货周转率
任职资格：
1/ 大学本科毕业，主修管理课程；
2/ 至少5年物流及供应链营运客户服务方面的工作经验（有服务行业经验的优先）
3/ 良好的英语和普通话口头及书面表达能力；
4/ 熟悉SAP系统和office软件；
