Job Description:

1. Support SAP Train-The-Trainer/End-User-Training project, including trainer management, training facilitation management and training effectiveness follow up & management.

2. Support the stakeholders management in 6 sites (Dalian, Wuxi, Chengdu, Shenzhen, Ningbo and Guangzhou)

3. Support the CIA (Change impact analysis - OCM related) and manage the user acceptance.

4. Support the communication needs analysis (internal vs. external)

5. Maintain the relationship with stakeholders, SMEs, SAP Core Leads and PMs

6. Support the vendor management

7. Support Project Expense Management and vendor payment process.

8. Travel scheduling and management

Requirement:

1) Bachelor degree or above

2) Be smart, hard work with passions

2) 1+ years project management experience or similar work background is preferred

3) Microsoft office proficient, for Excel, Word, Power point

4) Good interpersonal and communication skills with massive team work sprit

5) Enthusiastic, patient, quick-minded, initiative, able to work under pressure

6) Be familiar with SAP is prefer

We are looking for:
