ARP
Asia Retail Partners (“ARP”), is a Shanghai based company that develops European leading retail brands targeting affluent Chinese consumers.
ARP helps its partners to develop their brand in China through joint ventures by leveraging its experience and know-how in the Chinese retail sector.
ARP is now looking for an HR Assistant to help the HR Manager and HR Supervisor on the following tasks:
HR ASSISTANT OF THE GROUP OF COMPANIES
1. Employment contractual relationship
- Prepare the employment contracts & the employment notices
- Deal with Fesco to manage the on-board and termination process
- Assist in preparing the termination agreements
2. Update HR information on a weekly basis
- In charge of keeping a record of all the leaves of each employee
- In charge of updating the employees information
3. Recruitment
- Help for the recruitment
4. Other HR tasks
- Assist for the daily HR issues
- Help to set up the handbooks for the companies
- Translate some documents
- Keep the HR regulations updated
The list here above is not limitative, as, generally the HR Assistant should assist the HR Manager and the HR Supervisor regarding all the HR issues in the Group of companies.
Qualification Required
1. Majoring in HR, economic or management related discipline, bachelor or above;
2. At least 1 year working experience in C&B area;
3. Good command in written English, French will be a big plus;
4. Well versed in Ms Office especially for Ms. Excel
5. Meticulous, enthusiastic, mature, prudent, skillful in handling employee relationship.
Availabilities:
at least 3 days a week, and starting date : as soon as possible. Next week would be great.
