岗位职责:

Job Responsibilities
1. Keep alert to newly-emerged channels, technologies and solutions that add values to our existing solutions; and proactively make sensible moves to do feasibility study, competitors’ analysis and business case preparation
2. For external client project, to prepare overall solution proposal with other teams, mitigate risks and fine-tune contract terms to maximize winning chance.
3. For in-housed initiatives, to be single contact point across industries to push forward deployment, evaluate & conclude lessons for next steps
4. Engage both external client stakeholders and internal departments closely during whole deployment cycle, including but not limited to industry account team, & operation team, Digital & Campaign, Loyalty, Competence Center, IT development, IT Operation, Human Resource and Recruitment, Finance and Administration departments.
5. Fully responsible for projects result delivery; monitor project progress and mitigate risks by planning for realistic treatments after careful cost calculation
6. As a company agent to conclude & widespread knowledge, know-how and best practices amongst industries
7. Work closely with operation teams & Competence Center on continuous process streamlining and enhancement to strive for better operation efficiency, accuracy and productivity.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. 3-5 year of project management work experience (candidate with less experience will be consider to Manager grade), familiar with contact center solution deployment e.g. voice, text, email, live chat, e-commerce, etc., experience in social medial tools and know-how of multi customer interaction channel-mix and is highly preferred
3. Familiar with E-learning, KMS, MIS, WFM software deployment is a credit
4. Strong communication skills and abilities in cross / virtue teams management as well as resources planning & reallocation
5. Be able to deliver tasks with available resources under intense deadlines and pressure
6. Excellent written and oral English
7. Good command of MS Office, Visio and MS Project, PM software; be a fast learner and adapter to new tools and technologies.
8. PMP or other renowned project management methodologies certified is a credit

Occasional travelling is expectedPosition Overview* The project manager will be a key personnel to propose and implement relevant newly-emerged technologies, concepts, CRM applications, mobile modalities that can advocate seamless customer experience while using arvato CRM Customer Service solution as their partner.* S/he should closely engage with external & internal stakeholders to leverage optimal resources for the best result in terms of quality, time and cost.* Within organization, s/he will lead major Operation Excellence initiatives including but not limited to new system platform deployment, operation processes streamlining, alignment or establishment across industries and concluding best practices, etc.
* This individual will keep improving, optimizing and enhancing project implementation & stakeholders?satisfaction according to frequent review and analysis.
