Major Responsibilities:

- Investigate the current training IT systems in all BMW entities.

- Major role and responisbility to coordinate with all interfaces to built up one ITplatform in all entites to support the achievement of the mid term target of The Academy.

- Support business key user for new requirement submission, solution implementation, testing, maintenance and continuous system improvement.

- Training database maintenance

- E-learning course development and platform maintenance

- Uploading training data into LMS (e.g. training session, training course, training venue etc)

- Adapt process improvement tools for training needs, join to prepare from the training process excellence topic

- Support on process review, alignment and optimization for all entites.

- Constant monitoring of training process standards in order to ensure the implementation of improvements and identification of further improvement potentials

- Provide IT support and expertise to enhance digitalization of The Academy's product and methodologies

Qualifications:

- University degree / master degree, preferably major in Training Management, Information Technology etc;

- Strong communication skill, dealing well with difficult situations or even conflicts

- Profound experience in project management, ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines

- Detailed knowledge of key business process

- Familiar with MS application and IT knowledge, incl. Excel, Word, PPT etc.

- Good experience with SAP training function

- Experience in IT Infrastructure service & learning system delivery, operation management with IT methodology, Experience in IT project management.
