职位描述

Major Responsibilities:

1. Effectively identify the compelling events of the customers' board design solution.

2. Effectively communicate Value Proposition of Mentor Graphics' solutions to customers.
3. Maintain ongoing positive relationships with customers.
4. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure mutual success

Basic Requirement

1. More than 3 years of experience in PCB design as Sr. Engineer or Technical Lead.

2. Be familiar with popular high-end EDA tools for PCB design, Mentor flow preferred.

3. Experience with layout and signal integrity requirement for complex, high-density, high-speed circuit.

4. Good communication skills and presentation skills

5. Familiar with China Electronic industry, especially ODM/EMS and Telecom.

6. Working hard and independently and good at planning and their implement

7. Aggressive, proactive, a strong team player and willing to accept challenges, learn new technologies and methodologies

8. Fluent in English
