职位描述
Job Scope
Develop and materialize sales and services opportunities for all Business Units. Work closely with BU management to meet and exceed revenue targets on the assigned accounts. Attend clients operational meetings per required.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop sales plan and budget for the areas assigned. Develop long term plan for business for the oilfields / account assigned and maintain required growth.
2. Pay periodical visit to customers to enhance and maintain good relations. Provide solutions to clients using technology and resources.
3. Liaise with internal customers / suppliers in areas of pricing, stocks and delivery etc.
4. Work with inside sales engineers to prepare, follow up and execute quotation / tenders and contracts.
5. Attend Periodic technical training to enhance product and services knowledge. Actively participate and joint company organized marketing events.
6. Collect, maintain and update information on market trends, requirement and competitive products and services to facilitate development of sales strategies and plans.
7. Develop and execute training plans for subordinates.
8. Prepare and submit monthly revenue forecast report to management.
9. Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree in petroleum engineering or related
2. Good written and spoken English.
3. >3 years rig experience.
4. Drilling, intervention and completion experiences preferred.
5. Apt to new technology
6. >5 years experience in Sales function in oil industry.
7. Work well under pressure.
8. Pleasant disposition with good people and negotiation skills.
