Responsibilities & Authority 1. OEM project development 2. Layout definition Provide all material for installation to the responsible worker 3. Prepare the BOM of each project 4. Give full support for installation, including personal cooperation during the job 5. Fill the installation check list 6. Test execution Perform all necessary tests for each project development 7. Calibration Perform the calibration in order to achieve the target set into the project technical agreement (drivability, performance, emission) 8. Reporting Track the daily activity, including calibration, vehicle test, installation 9. Give full technical support after the SOP Answer client request (email, telephone), if necessary inspect vehicles in the field 10. Support to other department and communication with AM and OEM clients 11. Technical training Perform technical training according to the suggested schedule of market department or client requirement 12. Troubleshooting Answer client request (email, telephone), if necessary inspect vehicles in the field 13. Technical feedback to Tec and Market Department about Systems and Components performances and Quality problems on the field Product quality track 14. Work in compliance with TDS and QE for tracking Quality problems and output technical solution to clients 15. Any other assignment according to company needs Requirements 1. Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical or Automotive field 2. Availability to travel 3. Good interpersonal and communication skills; Good English skills in writing, speaking, reading and listening 4. The knowledge of a second foreign language can be a criteria for evaluation, especially if Japanese, Korean or Thai 5. Familiar with Microsoft Office and at least one CAD Software.
