Major Responsibility:

1. Responsible for project execution, managing the suppliers to stick on the project schedule and delivery plan, tracking project status and issues, reporting to global and cross-functional teams;

2. Ensure good component Quality through proactive involvement in regular auditing of key component suppliers;

3. Follow up on root cause investigation of component Quality problems and secure corrective actions and check on implementations;

4. Assist, discuss and redress suppliers on technical issues at suppliers and manufacturing facilities;

5. Measure the performance of key component suppliers to ensure the required Quality, Cost and Reliability are met.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering/casting

2. Above 3 years purchasing and sourcing experience in multi-national company, especially on mills & drills, spare parts of machining centers;

3. Good negotiation skill;

4. Strong communication skill with cross function team;

5. SAP purchasing user knowledge is plus.

6. Fluent English
