Mission: Insure healthy development and production of projects
Responsibilities:
? Serve the Promotional activities (Multimaterial boxes division)
? Propose, organise, manage and control the development and production of the projects
? Anticipate and solve, quality and development problems including production.
? Develop and optimize relationship with main suppliers.
? AQL and range board making on site
? Reporting to management, efficient communication with serviced companies

Main activities:

- Production management :
? To ensure a healthy development by controlling each step of the production : sampling, defect range board, guide line, implement quality and production flow chart
? In charge of complete tasks within project perimeter: tooling, sampling, planning, production.
? Maintain good communication with serviced companies with clear daily report
? Coordinate and help with the Quality Department.
- Quality Environment :
? Set QC criteria, AQL for customer’s approval for the project.
? In charge of all quality tools to insure the quality expected and approved during the development.

Skills and Qualifications Requires (需具备的技能和条件)

? Min. 5 years experience in area of production
? Must speak and write fluent English
? Able to travel daily to production sites
? Plastic / metal / wood Production process understanding
? Ability to work in autonomy and multicultural environment
? Be able to work under pressure and handle multi tasks with good results
? Experience in Beverage industry could be an added value
