岗位职责
1. 具有非常好的团队合作精神
2. 有主动高效、及时完成工作的意识
3. 了解如何让应用程序在各类操作系统和浏览器上运行。
4. 决定设计目标并按照内部设计概要完成设计；在与项目组成员沟通协调的过程中发现问题并提出解决问题的方法，以达到产品的最佳化
5. 按要求完成设计
6. 设计图片作品，其内容包含：UI设计，设计推广，样式风格定位，素描，模型及图表设计
7. 了解CSS、HTML，具备相关应用经验
8. 良好的人际交往能力及团队合作能力
9. 拥有基本的项目管理技巧，确保所负责的任务按期完成。
技能要求
1. 理解CSS的重要性
2. 熟悉网页设计流程
3. 了解用户使用流程及设计线框图熟练使用 Adobe package suites – Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash Animation, In Design
4. 具备手绘能力者优先
5. 具备图形数字化技能者优先
6. 具备学习、运用新的技术、美工制作方法及软件的能力
7. 能按时交付作品
8. 有效解决问题的能力
9. 优秀的中文读、写及沟通能力(英语更佳)
学历及经验要求
1. 本科及以上学历，美术、多媒体等相关专业
2. 一年以上多媒体、数字化平面设计相关经验
3. 熟悉数字化产品设计流程，乐于学习。
