Overview:
Sourcing Global Data Analyst will be a support area for Sourcing Category teams on data and systems. The responsibilities include SAP Information Record and Source List maintenance, general Supplier maintenance in Footprints, Contract Lifecycle Tool Support, and Reporting Support. Sourcing Global Data Analyst has no interaction with suppliers.

Responsibilities
? Maintain SAP Info Record
? Maintain SAP Source List
? Submit request in Footprints to add /change vendor master
? Reporting support on productivity deck,
? Reporting support on supplier KPI
? Other reporting support related to sourcing data

Requirements:
? Associate degree or above
? 2 years of Supply Chain/sourcing related working experience
? Proven analytical skill and ability is essential.
? A patient person willing to deal with data on daily basis
? Pay attention to details
? Self-motivated and independent self-starter.
? Strong data analytical skills
? Proficiency in excel, word and ppt
? A team player
? SAP knowledge (BEX, RP1)
? Good communication skills written and verbal in English
? Access skills are a plus but not required
