职位描述
岗位职责：
1、招募淘宝分销商，并有效管理分销商，分析发掘分销商需求以及分销中遇到的问题，制定具体支持和解决协助其销售增长
2、对分销商进行产品和销售培训，提升经销商的销售效能
3、对分销商店铺进行销售诊断，并协助分销商制定店铺改进计划
4、负责分销部门管理和培训
5、完成部门年度月度销售任务指标
6、渠道管理，执行网络现有渠道的有序管理（产品侵权、产品打假、产品控价、产品VI管理、促销管理、售后管理等）
7、分销策划，自行策划制定市场活动方案，提升业绩，分销活动提交上级部门审批并配合商城店同步活动，及时将分销过程中的问题反馈给上级领导并督促跟进解决
任职要求：
1、有淘宝网等平台开店、运营和分销销售经验优先
2、熟悉淘宝的运营环境、淘宝制定的交易规则、淘宝的推广ROI、精通淘宝营销，熟悉淘宝网会员的购物习惯和购物心理
3、曾利用淘宝/天猫分销，创造出高营业额者优先录用
