岗位要求：
一、年龄35周岁以上，大专以上学历，理工科专业；
二、10年以上社会（结构）工作经历，5年左右大型研发类型企业结构技术项目的管理经历。
三、熟练使用AUTOCAD、3D、Pro/e软件
四、性格随和，亲和力好，沟通能力强，有较强的组织、协调、管理能力；
五、逻辑思维能力强，忠诚度高，行事讲方法，较强的理解和领悟能力；
六、具备国家认可的高级工程师证或工程师证者优先。
工作职责：
一、技术指导；
二、项目管理；
三、团队建设和管理；
四、工程进度管理
