1、负责公司人力资源管理工作的开展与实施 2、负责拟定人力资源部年度规划，及各阶段HR工作规划与计划，并布署实施 3、负责公司人力资源制度与流程的拟定、执行与完善 4、掌握公司人力资源供需状况，合理设计公司组织结构，制定人力资源的编制规划，合理调配人力资源 5、向公司高层决策者提供有关人力资源战略、组织建设等方面的建议，并致力于提高公司的综合管理水平 6、负责公司人力资源体系的建立与完善，人力资源全盘管理经验5年以上。 7、负责部门建设工作，优化部门职能 8、对部门业务运营各项工作合理组织分工，并进行有效管理与监控注：在人力资源规划、绩效、培训方面有所建树，有成功的案例优先考虑
