- Versed in generating business & product strategic goals
- Strong ability of driving for design for Lean 6 sigma, design for manufacturing capability and cultivate 7S and TPM in manufacturing operation, proficient in continual quality and cost improvement.
- Strong leadership, good at employee development and motivation.
