一、岗位职责： 1、通过即时聊天工具解答顾客提出的问题并促成订单； 2、及时做好顾客的导购服务，挖掘新顾客，每月完成个人销售目标； 3、做好客户的售前售后服务。 二、任职要求： 1、女性，性格开朗、勤奋好学、工作认真细心，对待客户热情有耐心； 2、具有较强的沟通能力和良好的服务意识； 3、熟练淘宝订单处理和后台工作； 4、打字速度每分钟55字以上，有过淘宝客服相关经验的优先； 5、能接受公司早晚班次安排。
