一、职位描述：
1、回复客户邮件，处理客户投诉和争议，维护公司eBay账号安全。
2、汇总并整理各种投诉类型，反馈给相关部门改进。
3、工作时间：每天8小时 每周工作5天 双休 ， 国家法定假期带薪休假。
二、任职条件：
1、德语阅读和写作水平高，德语专业四级以上，
2、为人踏实、诚恳，易沟通；
3、电脑操作熟练，通晓互连网及办公软件；
4、有上进心，工作认真负责
5、非德语相关专业勿扰，谢谢！
