Manager, Application Development

Responsibility:

Manage customer expectations and requirements
Managing quality control and ensure delivery quality product to customer
Lead a sub-team to serve different customer projects simultaneously
Meet with the customers and collect their requirements


Requirements:

University graduate in Computer Science or related discipline
At least 8 years working experience in IT software development
Knowledge in Visual Studio .Net, MS SQL Server, XML, XSL, UML
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, team leading, self-motivated and creative
Good team building and team management skills
Good documentation skills
Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrate the ability and flexibility to work under dynamic environment
Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
Solid experience in Supply Chain Management and Logistics
Knowledge in EDI, ERP and WMS will be advantage
Knowledge in shipping, consolidation, freight forwarding or SCM will be definitely advantageous
