Responsibilities:

1.Resolve legal disputes of the company;
2.Handle legal project of the company, including company establishment, Merger and Acquisition, capital increase, etc;
3.Draft/revise legal Policies of the company;
4.Draft/revise/review the agreements, such as vendor contract, customer contract, and other legal documents;
5.Provide legal trainings to employees, including legal ethical training, vendor contract training, etc;
6.Provide legal advice to company's managers and customers.

Requirements:

1.Qualified PRC lawyer,fluent in English and Chinese;
2.Major in Economic Law with education from oversea or famous law school will be preferential;
3.3-5 years related working experience in international law firm, famous local law firm, or as an in-house legal counsel in multinational company;
4.Good communication skills and a strong leadership skills and team player mentality.
