Gore's Disk Drive Filtration Technologies (DDFT) business in Shenzhen, PRC has a need for a full-time Quality Technician.

Responsibilites include but are not limited to:

• Be the administrator of QSI and QSI functional expert for DDFT;
• Ensure all documents are structured and related in a clear and concise manner;
• Manage external document control system to maintain proper records of customer specifications, equipment instructions and specifications, etc.
• Develop and execute the internal checklist audits and manage the follow-up issues till closure by collaborating with the manufacturing, engineering, warehouse and QA;
• Maintain the on-going health of and continually improve upon DDFT's underlying quality processes and ISO system(s);
• Lead BSI audit efforts for the facility as required;
• Lead Annual Internal audit for the facility as required;
• Develop to implement proper training system including the qualifications to associates as appropriate,work center and that ISO requirements are met;
• Compilation of formal reports in a timely manner to the team as requested;
• Support the platform quality engineer for failure analysis and trouble shooting on quality issue;

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will,

• The graduate from the diploma courses, or technical secondary school;
• Third level qualification of ISO9001 internal auditor or above;
• At least 2 years of quality, engineering, or manufacturing experience;
• Adequate for reading and understanding the document requirement written by English;
• Capable of organizational and coordination skills;
• Familiar with Microsoft excel, word and ppt;
• Meticulous in attention to professional standards and document requirement;
• Respond well to time constraints;
• Experience in writing clear and concise procedures;
• Good communication skills;
• Highly motivated;
• Work experience in HDD or Electronic Industry is preferred;
