Key Responsibilities:
-Manages program teams(a total of 10 personnel from 2 sites) while facilitating customers’ orders .Ensuring that clients’ fulfillment requirements are met daily.
-Establish and maintain strong reporting structure with operations on processing status andon time rate.
--Work closely with various internal business/process owners, within logistics as well as with Sales, Order Management, Revenue, Planning, Tax and Compliance etc.Develop and implement a plan (roadmap) to achieve objectives for each of these processes.http://www.51job.com/pm/ehire/ad/ad.html
- Manage project timelines. Be able to establish priorities, and sequence initiatives necessary to achieve long term process goals. Ensure the integration of initiatives is completely consistent with the company's functional strategic goals and objectives.
- Create in collaboration with the process owners, business case documents supporting project initiatives including business cases, ROIs, project functional scopes and specifications.
- Proactively and continuously identify business areas where improvements can be made to streamline workflow and application flow resulting in measurable savings of time, effort and money.
- Constantly monitors industry for best practices in the Logistics and Trade Compliance functional business areas in order to leverage in business processes, driving improvements in work flow and applications.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
-Bachelor’s Degree (Bachelor’s in Logistics Management preferred)
- Should possess at least 5 years experience in progressively more responsible leadership positions in areas of Hub operations, Logistics Program management, Supply Planning & Trade Compliance.
-Requires fluent English communication skills (verbal & written).
-Software proficiencies required: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc…)
-Requirement to utilize multiple software platforms. Intermediary computer skills required
- Should display an in depth knowledge of both Logistics operations, inventory planning and Trade Compliance processes within bothChina (Southern &Guang Dong province)and Hong Kong.
-Understanding the functioning of Global and Regional freight and reputable Parcel forwarding companies as well as order fulfillment hub providers and practices. Knowledge in areas of logistics planning/analytics would be helpful.
- Extensive knowledge of process management tools, metrics, and performance measurement techniques. The ideal candidate knows how to employ these tools and processes effectively incorporating metrics by which progress against plan can be measured.
- Demonstrated successful experience in assessing process requirements, process development and implementation, and process maintenance.
- Must be able to think strategically and plan effectively; yet possess a detail-oriented, hands-on approach. Must be results-oriented and ability to operate with a high sense of urgency.
- Reasonable amount of travel related to work responsibility is required whereby the most will be within China Guangdong province and Hong Kong.
