Position Purpose:

? Responsible for bank statement update and bank posting of Brigantine Group
? Responsible for AR settlement of Brigantine Group
? Responsible for bank balance report
? Responsible for Cash pooling set up
? Responsible for BMG forcast
? Responsible for bad debt calculation and posting
? Responsible for Aging report
? Responsible for AR follow up
? Follow up monthly reconciliation outstanding items
? Assist in monthly closing of Brigantine Group
? Responsible for attending internal/external audit’s enquires
? Support and assist Section Head/Finance Manager in all Accounting aspect


General Areas of Responsibilities:
? Responsible for the bank posting of BSSCL
? Booking of month end BD provision calculation and posting
? Responsible for AR settlement and AR outstanding follow up
? Responsible for Bank banlance report
? Responsible for the Aging report
? Responsible for bank filling and Cash pooling related issues
? Follow up and clear outstanding items in monthly balance sheet reconciliation
? Assist in Month End Closing Process
? Assist in external and internal audit
? Keep good communication with the business departments. Identify their needs and requirements from F&A department and give the best accounting and finance supports.
? Be familiar with the Group’s directives and other documentation relevant to her businesses, and ensure the subordinates are also aware of and adhere to the same.
? Ensure that all accounting documents are approved by authorized person.
? Ensure a good documentation filing systems.
? Any other accounting and finance duties as assigned by the finance manager and section head
