Job Description:-
Set objectives, strategies, success measures, and policy for the responsible job to be aligned with the Department's strategies and ensure achievement vs. goals
Analyze and propose the revised capacity plan & departmental structure to meet business needs
Establish policies and necessary process within scope of responsibility to meet customer needs
Ensure that the operations within scope of responsibility are complied with the set standard and procedures focusing in area as follow,
？ Review if extension of credit is in compliance with bank’s Policy, Operating Procedure, Approving Process, Lending Authority
？ Review if extension of credit is in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
？ Review and assess the reliability and correctness of information used for due diligence and analysis of borrower’s performance and repayment ability
？ Review Appropriateness of Credit Risk Management especially on Credit Quality of borrower and Credit Process
？ Review process of Annual Facility Review and Monitoring of Follow Up Issues and/or Additional Terms and Conditions as imposed by Credit Underwriting

Qualification:-
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields
Minimum 2-year experience in Banking Business in the position of RM, UW, Credit Analyst or Internal Auditor
Good command in English.
Good analytical and communication skills.
Professional certification CPA and/or CIA (Advantage)
