Main responsibilities:
*Assist Branch Manager to set goal and working plan for Credit Service and Treasury Operation team and Trade Operation,to enchance revenue aligned with the Bank ‘s strategies, and strive for achieving the goal.
*To approve and authorize business transactions according to DLA， supervise branch /sub-branch operation team to work effectively and efficiently to cope with business development.
*Assist to establish and enhance working process,monitor the implementation of process to meet customer needs and prevent risks.
*To ensure branch operations are complied with local regulations and HQ policies,and operational risk, fraud risk and money laundry can be identified and handled effectively and promptly.
*To advise and evaluate performance of subordinates,coach,support and motivate subordinates in developing competencies/career opportunities.
*Assist to propose annual budget, and manage expenses within approved budget.
*To build-up and maintain sound relationship with local authorities, regulators and customers.
Qualifications:
*Bachelor Degree or above, majoring in Finance, Economy , Business Management or Accounting is preferable.
*At least 8 years direct experience in banking industry. Rich experience and sufficient knowledge in banking operations. Familiar with local regulations and market practice.
*Communication skill in both Chinese and English.
*Independent and be able to work under high pressure.
