职位描述
The successful candidate will be provided an opportunity to service for his/her clients and supervise Consultants Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Under the Management’s guidance or own initiative, analyze clients requirements, compile job descriptions, guide Consultants to conduct extensive research work to identify potential candidates, and set up daily communication with them, and regular communication with clients
- Present suitable candidates to clients, follow up with client regularly to collect valuable feedback and conduct background and reference checks at clients request
- When required, attend sales calls either with Senior Managers or independently, compose proposals and other documents that constitute a quote for services
- Take the initiative to conduct business development
- Set up regular communication channel with other Consultants, Researchers, candidates and clients to better understand their business and culture
-Timely issuance of invoices to clients, and collections follow-up
- Attend and complete courses, seminars and other training assigned by The Management, which further enhances the ability to do the job
- Any other reasonable task the management requires
- Coach and mentor the subordinates to reach the work standard and achieve sales target
