1、六年以上.NET（C#)开发经验；
2、精通ASP.NET、html、CSS、JavaScript、JQuery等技术,熟悉Ajax以及Json等数据交换格式；
3、了解.NET远程调用原理，了解HTTP、TCP协议，掌握Web Service、WCF等远程服务开发方法,对COM技术有一定的了解；
4、熟悉掌握ADO.NET类库，了解ORM原理，熟练掌握至少一种数据访问框架：XPO、Entity Framework、Hibernate等；
5、优秀的数据库设计和优化能力，精通MS SQL数据库应用；
6、熟悉设计模式并有实战经验；
7、有良好的OOP思想，对系统分层与封装有一定的理解；
8、精通WF4.0、完整的WF4.0的研发经验；
9、有与SAP和Oracle大型系统对接经验优先；
10、有良好的团队协作精神，能承受工作压力；
11、良好的沟通与表达能力、思路清晰、较强的动手能力与逻辑分析能力。
