1、本科以上学历，工业工程类相关专业；
2、工作五年以上，制造企业三年以上IE改善工作经验；
3、具有深厚的IE技术功底，擅长布局改善，在现场效率提升方面有相当的经验；
4、善于发现和分析生产线的问题，解决生产异常；
5、熟悉精益生产理念，具有较强的逻辑思维、综合分析能力和优秀的沟通协调能力。


本岗位工作地点：坪山新区，本岗位包吃住。
