岗位职责：

• 管理QVC中国应用开发团队，为QVC全球市场（包括美国和欧洲等）提供应用开发和生产支持服务
• 与QVC全球IT团队在对中国的开发策略，资源规划和项目管理进行沟通与合作
• 协助直属经理获取合适资源，按时完成项目和生产需要
• 根据需要招聘，晋升，解雇，推荐员工；紧密协助直属经理根据IT需求，展开执行员工计划
• 根据QVC的绩效考核标准考核每位团队成员的表现；为部门成员制定个人发展计划，包括工作和个人目标的实现。
• 保持内部沟通顺畅，并及时传达给员工部门消息，政策，程序改革等信息；定时组织部门及个别员工会议。
• 提供开放的沟通平台，培养团队合作；激发成员表现出最高的效率和最大潜能，以保证高质量的标准。
• 确保每周报告项目和生产过程中遇到的问题及解决情况。

职位要求：

• 计算机科学学士学位或同等工作经验。
• 8-10年IT从业经验
• 4-6年系统/应用开发项目管理经验。
• 熟练掌握项目管理方法及系统发展生命周期。
• 优秀的分析，谈判，判断和解决问题的能力。
• 优秀的员工管理能力，包括培训，监督，绩效管理，团队建设。
• 熟练的英语口头及书面交流能力。
• 具备全球服务交付和国际团队合作经验

优先考虑符合如下条件的应聘者：

• 具有IBM电子商务平台的经验

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage QVC China Application Development team to provide application development and production support services to QVC global markets include US and Europe, etc.
• Communicate and cooperation with QVC global IT teams on China delivery strategy, resources planning and program/project management.
• Work with the direct manager to obtain needed resources to support approved projects and production support activities, based on priority, to meet agreed upon dates.
• Hires, promotes, terminates, and counsels staff as required. Works closely with Director to develop and execute a staffing plan that meets IT’s needs.
• Ensure that the performance of every member of the group is evaluated using the QVC performance appraisal a minimum of once a year. Maintain a development plan for every department member, which includes both business & individual goals and objectives.
• Communicates and disseminates departmental information as well as, policy and procedural changes to staff in a timely manner. Conducts both team and individual employee meetings on a regular basis.
• Foster open communication and teamwork with staff; motivate and coach staff to perform at peak efficiency and highest potential, while maintaining high quality standards.
• Ensure weekly reporting on projects & production support issues are completed on time and clearly communicate project status against agreed upon goals.

Required:

• BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• 8-10 years of overall IT experience.
• 4-6 years of project management experience supporting system/applications development.
• Expert knowledge of Project Management Methodology and Systems Development Life Cycle practices
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong people skills including, coaching, mentoring, performance management, administering compensation, and developing teams.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills, ability to present in both technical and non-technical terms.
• Strong experience on global service delivery and international collaboration

Preferred:

• Experience in IBM WebSphere E-commerce
