职位描述/Position Description:
Responsible for maintenance and management of master data of all CAPSA’s applications, building processes and standard to ensure the consistency, completeness, relevance and accuracy of master data.
负责公司各应用系统主数据的维护和管理及相关标准、流程的制定与管控，确保公司主数据的一致性、完整性、相关性和精确性。

主要职责/Major Responsibilities:
1、 Participating in implementing of Oracle ERP and so on, including communication and coordination, demand analysis, process and solution design, project implementation, operation and maintenance, etc.
根据公司和部门规划，参与ERP等项目的实施，负责应用系统主数据管理的协调与沟通、需求调研与分析、流程与方案设计、项目实施和运行维护等工作；
2、 Providing maintenance and validation support to master data intensively and efficiently, ensure the operation of the follow-up business smoothly.
提供集中、高效的主数据维护及校验管理支持，确保后续业务运作顺畅。
3、 Responsible for interface data validation & update in data conversion process.
负责各应用系统数据转换流程的接口数据的审核及更新。
4、 Building standardization encoding rules and regulations, managing the coding, naming, creating and maintaining of master data.
制定标准化编码规则和规范，严格管控公司应用系统主数据编码、创建、维护。
5、 Drafting, optimizing and perfecting the process and standard of master data, providing all kinds of reports about master data which required by business.
制定并持续优化、完善各类主数据相关流程及标准，提供业务、管理所需的各类主数据相关报表数据。
6、 Providing technical support and propositional solution about master data to business department, feedback and resolution of the issue and problem.
支持各业务部门主数据相关工作，响应并处理相关问题，提供技术支持与建议方案。
7、 Support other teams in business processing of ERP, providing technical support, solution discussion and design.
支持部门ERP 系统各团队业务处理，提供技术支持、方案讨论与设计等。
8、 Responsible for user training of master data management.
负责主数据管理相关内容的用户培训工作。
9、 Responsible for maintenance of application database, analyzing, developing, modifying and optimizing systems according to users’ requirements.
负责应用系统数据库的日常维护，根据用户需求进行分析和系统开发、修改与优化。

任职要求/Qualifications:
1、 Bachelor degree or above in information technology related diploma.
计算机或信息技术相关专业，大学本科及以上学历。
2、 At least 2 years’ IT work experience, professional certification of relevant IT areas is preferred.
2年及以上IT工作经验，具有相关专业认证者优先。
3、 Be familiar with ERP theory and process of car industry, experience in Oracle EBS will be advantage.
熟悉汽车制造工业业务流程和ERP理论，具备Oracle EBS 工作经验者优先。
4、 Proficiency in PL/SQL, able to develop independently, experience in Oracle database development will be advantage.
精通PL/SQL，具备独立开发能力，具备Oracle 数据库开发经验者优先。
5、 Fluency in oral and written English.
良好的英语书面与口头交流能力。
6、 Good expression, communication and coordination skills, strongest self-study consciousness.
良好的表达、沟通与协调能力和强烈的自我学习意识。
7、 Attentive, dedicated, compressed, responsible，good team-work spirit and settle question skills.
细心，敬业，抗压，有责任心，具有良好的团队协作精神与解决问题的能力。
