质量工程师Quality Engineer

职位描述 Position Description：
负责组织实施对新品评价、供应商零部件检查、总装检查、检测线测试、道路试验、用户终验收、售前售后全过程的质量改进。
The Quality improvement engineer is with responsibility for organization the Launch vehicle evaluation、supplier parts inspection、TCF inspection、end of line inspection、drive test、vehicle inspection and after shipping or after sale concerns implement and improve action.

主要职责 Responsibilities：
? 组织跨部门工作组实施整车性能有关的质量改进和质量攻关项目
Organize cross-functional team to initiate quality improvement for vehicle function area.
? 督导检验员对零部件和车辆进行质量验收
Supervise inspector for supplier parts and vehicle quality acceptance.
? 分析质量数据，完成质量信息的闭环
Take corrective actions for the quality indicators to be analyzed, and follow up the indicators.
? 报告质量改进项目实施情况
Report on the progress of quality improvement.
? 整车性能质量评价
Evaluation of vehicle function

绩效评估标准 Performance valuation standards：
? 质量项目的可靠运行
The reliable operation of quality improvement.
? 售前及售后故障率
The vehicle concerns PPM after shipping or after sales
? 质量问题整改的及时性
Vehicle concerns improve should be reported in time

任职要求/ Qualifications：
? 汽车制造方面有丰富的专业知识和实践经验；
Familiarize the vehicle manufacture, have enough special knowledge and practice experience;
? 熟悉汽车或零部件产品的制造工艺；
Familiarize the vehicle or parts build process;
? 熟悉信息处理分析工具和技术应用；
Familiarize the information analysis tools and applications;
? 良好的组织、协调及表达能力；
Well organization, coordination and communication ability;
? 良好的敬业精神，具有团队协作及解决问题的能力；
Dedication, teamwork and solving problem ability;
? 良好的英文读写及口语能力
Be good at speaking, writing and reading in English.
