主要职责：
1. 负责天猫旗舰店直通车推广、活动参与、策划以及其他推广等；
2. 制定月度销量任务和服务水平提升目标,执行相关网络营销方案, 完成预期销售目标；
3. 撰写店铺营销推广计划,熟悉并合理运用各种营销推广手段;
4. 每日监控的数据: 营销数据、交易数据、商品管理、顾客管理; 每 日、周、月监控的数据:通过收集整理运营数据、评估效果,制定促销策 略,分析店铺数据,完成销售额;
5. 负责公司店铺推广,提高店铺点击率、浏览量和转化率；
6. 拓展开发联盟伙伴，并监控执行情况，拓展与行业网站的合作。

岗位要求：
1. 在天猫、京东、拍拍网上有产品首发的成功经验，并能提供相关数据优先，有电子/车载产品首发经验优先考虑；
2. 熟悉天猫流程及规划，能独立运营公司的天猫旗舰店。熟悉天猫/京东等购物平台、天猫商城运营经验二年以上；
3. 采取多种方式和渠道宣传推广商城店铺；
4. 配合公司网络推广活动的策划、优化、实施及效果跟踪分析；
5. 熟悉所有的网络推广手段，精通BBS、社区、blog、QQ群、微博 等新兴网络功能，能够在各类网站宣传推广公司商城店铺；
6. 较强的写作能力、邮件推广、SNS推广、论坛推广及其它特殊的推广方式；
7. 根据公司发展战略，制定天猫商城的营销策划方案。
